To use Scatterbrain, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You own your ideas. Anything you post, store, or share through Scatterbrain remains your intellectual property. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to host and sync your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You agree not to use Scatterbrain to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or "hack" the application.
• Interfere with the service for other users.

Scatterbrain is provided "as is." While we strive for perfection, we are not responsible for any data loss or service interruptions. We recommend regular backups of your most critical "brain dumps."
